Nawaf Hamdan Al-Otaibi is a Saudi-licensed attorney whose practice focuses on Dispute Resolution, Commercial Litigation, Contractual Matters and Regulatory Advisory. He has experience representing corporate clients before Saudi courts and government authorities, preparing legal pleadings, reviewing contractual arrangements and advising management on legal and regulatory matters.

His approach to dispute resolution is informed by a strong understanding of the commercial and operational circumstances underlying contentious matters. In addition to his legal experience, Nawaf brings more than 14 years of senior administrative and operational management experience, giving him practical insight into the business, workforce and organisational issues that frequently give rise to disputes.

Nawaf advises on the assessment and management of legal risk, contractual obligations and regulatory exposure, with particular emphasis on identifying practical and commercially appropriate courses of action. His experience includes the preparation of legal pleadings, representation before courts and official authorities, contract drafting and review, and legal advisory support to management.

His broader experience in human resources administration, internal policy development, operational governance and regulatory compliance enables him to approach disputes with a detailed understanding of the factual and organisational context surrounding each matter. He combines legal analysis with practical judgment to support effective case strategy, regulatory compliance and informed decision-making.

Tajamal is a structured finance specialist with over 25 years of extensive experience in asset-based leveraged financing, especially in the field of aircraft and property finance. He has worked on plain finance facilities, syndicated loans, as well as utilization of capital markets and securitization products. Has accumulated considerable experience in finance structures to meet the needs of clients, such as leveraged leases, sale and lease-back structures, and tax-driven Japanese, German, and USA Pickle-Dole leveraged leases. He has in-depth knowledge of security tools such as mortgages, assignments, floating and fixed charges, liens, and different types of guarantees and trade finance products.

Before joining JurSols as Senior Counsel, he worked in private practice as a senior associate in the international law firm DLA Piper in its banking division and as a Managing Partner for the niche corporate commercial law firm THS & Co whose clients included multinationals such as Sanofi Aventis, Telenor, Coca-Cola Export Corp., Huwaei, Jazz etc.

He has considerable in-house experience including as South Asia – Regional Head of Legal and External Affairs for the UK multinational BAT plc, Senior Legal Advisor to the UK Export Agency, and Legal Advisor to the UK Department of Trade and Industry regulating the financial services industry.

As assistant company secretary for BEAMA (UK), he drafted precedent terms and conditions for the electrical and mechanical industry to be used in construction contracts.

With private practice and in-house experience, he has a considerable understanding of client challenges and issues and how private practicing lawyers should meet the client's needs.

Joseph Chiffers is a seasoned legal expert with over 26 years of experience specializing in Dispute Resolution, with a particular focus on Cross-Border Commercial Disputes. A qualified Barrister in England and Wales, Joseph brings extensive experience in managing complex international arbitration cases and advising on cross-border transactions.

Before joining JurSols, Joseph represented clients in high-stakes international arbitration and provided strategic legal counsel on commercial disputes involving multiple jurisdictions. His practice combines meticulous legal analysis, strategic problem-solving and a client-focused approach to complex commercial disputes.

Nouf Khan is a corporate and regulatory compliance lawyer specializing in Cosmetic Law, Consumer Protection and Retail & E-commerce Compliance. She has extensive experience advising multinational beauty, personal-care and consumer-goods companies on Saudi Food and Drug Authority regulations, product registration, labeling compliance, claims substantiation and advertising regulations.

She has represented global brands and retailers before Saudi regulatory authorities, supporting compliance with Ministry of Commerce, SFDA and consumer-protection requirements. Her experience includes product-liability matters, retailer disputes, e-commerce compliance and proceedings involving misleading advertising claims.

Her work in retail distribution law, negotiations with major retailers and dispute resolution in product non-compliance matters supports businesses operating in Saudi Arabia’s cosmetics and consumer-goods sectors.
